Applications of BBa_K1943000

We did a comparison on part:BBa_K1943000 and part:BBa_K1943001 whose promoter and RBS are relatively weak.
We streaked the plate at 18:00 on 4th Sept. Follow pictures were taken after several hours started at 9:30 on 5th Sept.
108 is BBa_K1943000, 118 is BBa_K1943001.
